Room was clean, restaurant had nice food. And the hot ton was a nice touch. I was able to sleep and rest up before my long flight. I will probably be back there the next time I am in Calgary… nice Hotel.

I was charged twice. I paid up front when I made the reservation. The charge appears as HOTELSBYDAYCOM. When I got to the hotel they said they didn't have any credit card or payment info, but said they would take care of it. They took my card for a room deposit of $25 and said it would be refunded. It shows up on my credit card statement as $25 to Sonesta Hotels. It was not removed, AND an additional charge to Sonesta Hotels appeared the next day. The room itself was perfectly fine.

I loved the hotel. The room was nice and clean. Front desk took a little longer than usual. But they were nice. And the parking fee is a little on the higher side. We parked in the Marriott. Much cheaper. Rooms are Private, quiet and relaxing. I would book her again.

The hotel is average. The staff were kind and mostly accommodating. It took a while to check in and I was already an hour and a half into my booking. The room placement next to an extremely noisy elevator was really disappointing, considering I shared that I was arriving to nap after a long night of work. Instead, I couldn’t rest but had to listen to loud banging that I initially thought was ongoing construction. At the end of my day stay, I requested an additional courtesy hour. Nope! $50 for an extra hour. I think I would have had better success resting at a day spa for the price.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, but check in took a long time because my room wasn’t actually available in their system, causing me to lose expensive time in my room. When I’m paying $200 for a few hours, I expect the room to be ready during the window I paid for.

We stayed for the day due to a 9 hour layover in Omaha. It was definetly worth it. The only thing is I counted on a shuttle and a pool from what I read on other websites about this hotel. There was neither available, which is as advertised on the hotels by day website. It cost a pretty penny to Uber both ways to OMA due to the distance from the airport. Staff were pleasant and room was clean.

My wife and I reserved a day stay since we had a 7 hour layover in PR after disembarking from an NCL cruise. Proximity to both pier and airport was very convenient and check-in was seamless. It was a $10/pp taxi ride and took about 5 minutes to check in and get to our room. Once there access to the resort's pool and beach access made our "travel day" feel like an extended vacation. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas readily available and reasonably priced bucket of beers. The beach side restaurant had a nice variety of lunch options though a bit pricey (ranging $20-30 USD) but expected for the location. Hotel hospitality and restaurant staff were excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean (though they were fixing the AC, the fresh air from the open balcony doors was nice) I plan to use Royal Sonesta for future day stays and plan to bring our boys there for a family vacation, I plan to use it as a base for business stays as well.

The Hilton Bali has a stunning location and view. The rooms were comfortable and check in was quick and easy. The whole place is a bit dated and lacklustre but for spending a day waiting for a flight it was perfect. Lots of food outlets. Pricey for the average quality. But would definitely use again

Room was smelly and air condition did not work. facilites were not great either. Tv didnt work and overall poor. Rained very hard and water was pooring into the room. around pool got 1-2 ft of water and we had to drag luggage though it to leave. i would never stay at this place again. I guess you pay for what you get.

The hotel was a bit dirty, I did find a small bug on one of my towels and I was on the 3rd or 4th floor. Also the directions weren’t clear enough and I went to the wrong location. The receptionist was nice and the drive to the airport was nice to schedule.

We disembarked from a cruise at 930 am and had all day to wait for an evening flight home. It was a rainy day so waiting in a nice hotel room at New Orleans Westin seemed like a good idea. It took awhile to check in as the desk clerk seemed unfamiliar with my HotelsByDay reservation. I'm very glad I had a printed confirmation paper. Later, when checking out, I mentioned to a more knowledgeable desk clerk that I felt the $30 resort fee was wasted as we just slept all day. She graciously said she'd make a one time exception if we wanted to choose a couple snacks from their small market, so we picked out some Pringles and a water. If I were to do it again, I'd choose the cheapest hotel. The Westin was very overpriced for just an average room with no view (and not many electric outlets either). The base prices of $129 ended up being $174 with the taxes and resort fees. Also bring your Marriott Rewards number as she entered it in the system for me to earn points.

The room was clean and convenient while waiting for our flight. Bar food was good and we used our $30 credit ($30 "resort fee"). When we checked out the charge was for $40 more than what was quoted at booking. After I pointed this out and showed them my booking email, they said they credited my credit card the difference. Hopefully that credit will appear. A good experience overall, but beware and ask for a print out of charges when you check out.

Sonesta never fails to amaze me room was ready when I arrived, the room is clean neat and tidy all utilities were working. They always do a great job. That’s why I keep coming back.

I did not use as intended for A Height of Celebration for my nieces turning 18 years old and achievement of High School Senior Diplomas and for Alternative to Not Attending Prom. This community does not like me nor cooperates with me but usesy credentials without permission and trashed me. I will not promote use of it for others. I chose to fly in to ATL extra early to avoid any potential changes or delays that might affect a connection to a separately booked international flight. Shuttle in and out was easy and room was ready. On-premises food a bit pricey so be aware.

Our reservations were cancelled two days before the arrival day and time while we were at sea. When we arrived at the hotel we discovered our reservations for two rooms were both cancelled with no explanation. We were stranded until our flight out later that evening.

Hotel is Excellent, perfect location and lovely views from restaurant/bar. The reason for the low rating is that they hit me with a ton of secret charges, that brought my bill from under $100, to over $200. I worked everything out, but it was still very distressing. Plus, I ended up eating their because of their insistence on the resort fee and, as such, didn't eat where I actually wanted to in NOLA.

Front desk did not have our reservation. They did find us a room, but there was a worker hiding out in there on the phone, the entite floor was soaking wet and smelled terrible. Windows creaked with every gust of wind. Bistro food terrible and way overpriced. Terrible experience.

Great check-in. Patty was great at explaining the procedures and Mayra was excellent at check out. You can tell by observation that their front desk managers really want them to learn and excel in the hospitality industry.

Easy check in process. Immediately was given a key to our room and directions to the elevator. Room was spacious and clean. Had a very long layover so we were last minute booking. Would definitely do a day pass again if in a similar situation.

We booked the day use room as we disembarked our cruise ship at 9:30 but our flight home wasn’t until 10pm.
The hotel was immaculate, the room was very comfortable and well-appointed, and Daniela, the receptionist, was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
We will definitely stay there again.

We got off our cruise at 9:30am and had a 7pm flight home. We booked the hotel for the day, and had lunch at the attached restaurant and the took a nap before the flight home. We were so pleased to have the option, instead of spending the day sitting at the airport.

Booked this 10am day use. Lovely hotel, amazing staff. Got some more sun by the pool. Bit pricey by the time taxes, fees added. Bonus they have a shuttle to airport and all drivers were very nice too.

A really nice experience rather than sitting at airport all day. Was able to relax by the pool, walk along the beach, have a business meeting over lunch in the restaurant, use the room to rest and freshen up before heading to the airport. Checked in by Evelyn, she was very helpful and kind. Room was comfortable and had a nice view. We were really happy to be able to utilize the hotel for day use and had a great experience.

It was good because I arrived early for check In as my flight was earlier than expected from uk ???????? so I payed the extra 3 hours to get earlier rest for a fresh day without jet lag . The staff also were very helpful and polite .would recommend if u need a day room for sure or a cheap hotel room price .

We checked in at 10am, our room was clean, lunch was great at the bar, Publix 5 mins walk, pool was refreshing and the pool deck was spacious with a good view, checked out at 6pm after a shower and change, free shuttle to the airport. What's not to like? It fitted our needs perfectly!
