Front desk called my room and told me I had to check out by 12pm. When I explained that I have the room from 9am-5pm they sounded confused and questioned me about what I was talking about. Then, 1/2 hour later, room service knocked on my door and told me I needed to check out. Basically confusion. I ended up checking out at 3:30 instead of 5pm.

I have used this service many times requesting a king size bed. This stay I was told all king size rooms were taken even though I had requested in advance when I made the reservation.

Upon arriving at 9am, they said check in was at 3pm but I said I booked a day room which is from 9am-5pm. They then said they couldn't find my booking confirmation and that they don't have a day room available. After about 10 minutes they were able to give me a room after requesting me to email the confirmation I got. Weird how their system didn't show my booking but was relieved they were still able to get me a room, else we would be stuck all day nowhere with no rest. Had slept the whole day but at noon, housekeeping knocked asking when our checkout was. Hopefully they have better system in checking new occupied rooms and when they check out so they won't disturb guests

My check in was 9AM. I had already paid before hand for a room check in at 9AM. They didn’t have a room because “they were sold out” from yesterday. What’s that got to do with me? I finally got my room at 9:30AM. I paid for my room and a certain time. When I got the key, I asked front desk could I stay 30 mins more since I was checked in late. I was told no because that “room was paid for”. Room mirror had dirty stains god knows what.

Despite the Times Square description in the hotel name the hotel is closer to Central Park and is not as convenient as depicted. Hotel staff was rude upon check in and switched out the room type for my other reservation later that day to a downgraded room. Room was dirty and maintenance consisted of a broken bathroom mirror and duct tape on a portion of missing carpet. Management and staff can do a lot better. Avoid with so many better choices available.

Very well organized with regard to shuttles and the location was good. The room could do with some TLC but it was clean and comfortable.

Room was super clean and nice size had couch in room, bed was comfortable, only down side is when I got there the receptionist told me they had to charge me a extra $50 hold on my card until check out. Now mind you I already paid close to $100 for the room already and nowhere did it say in the agreement or fine print that the hotel will do that. I paid but that’s beside the point. They should mention that on the booking website so ppl are not getting hit with hidden fees!! Other than that now that I know, I’ll be prepared next time because even though I had that slight inconvenience it was a nice stay

It took 15 mins for the guest services person to figure out how to check me in. Then she said she needed a credit card for incidentals but it showed I was going to be charged $134.95 (which was more than the booking itself). I finally got into the room, and thenn20 mins later, housekeeping was knocking despite the DND sign being on the door.

Hotel is usually ok. The staff is nice and the rooms are clean. Just be prepared for changes in the check-in process. Sometimes they will take cash and sometimes they won’t. For a day use room, this will cost you time and convenience to adjust to the daily changes.

Needed a place to relax and shower before a wedding after working. Room was clean (could use a little upgrade) shower was great. People working the hotel were very nice. I will definitely do this again when I have a local event and cannot get home.

The room was not clean. I saw the biggest roach I had ever seen dead by the door. My husband also got a room right next door and the sheets were so dirty. There was an ugly smell to it and we were only there for 3 hours but it was not worth the money we paid. When I told the receptionist about it he barely apologized.

Had a late flight after getting off cruise ship and this was perfect way to end the trip. Beautiful grounds and beach front. Highly recommend!

Room and facility was clean. But, they charged too much. I already paid $66 for the room at booking with HotelByDay. The receptionist told me that I had to pay at the desk and I had to leave credit card number, just in case. When I checked my credit card transaction the next day, they charged $113 again. What kind of business is this??

There was a lot of noise from other guests and also there was some kind of dispute. Staff and guest were fighting loud and we could not sleep. Also staff while cleaning next room was loud chatting and not careful making less noise realizing other guests might be sleeping. They need to improve on this front.

the room had broken picture frame that fell while i was in room, called front desk 2 times and no one answered. i didn't say much because i was only there for a few hours but if that painting would of had been over the bed and fallen on me it could of caused and injury. this was room 740

Booked for a day stay, upon arrival we were greated by a rude staff member at the check in desk, when we finally got to the room the tv did not work, and we also found out that the restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner.

Excellent service at the hotel nice room and facilities, on airport so a short walk to check in. Gave 4 stars as there was no pool and the room wasn’t soundproof.

Professional staff, clean room with comfy bed. No problems with check in, even allowed us in 40 mins early. Location probably isn't very exciting but easy taxi ride from the airport and we were only looking for a comfy sleep on a long layover.

Nice location with a free airport shuttle . The hotel staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovation and we were looking forward to relaxing in the sun.
