Place was perfect- the house keeping ladies work their butts off- they were not stop the whole time- we were there from 10am-6pm. the shuttle service to and from airport was amazing- they send you a link that you can click on so the driver knows exactly where u r and can find you in case your not in right spot. Pool was fine. room was clean. so much better than sitting in an airport from 9 am till 8:45pm. highly recommend, it was less than 10 mins from ft Lauderdale. we were 2 adults 3 kids and they only charged $10 for extra body ( rooms based on 4) there was an attached bar/restaurant, little on the pricey side- but where isn't there a pricey place any more...

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel for a daytime rest following a long flight. The shuttle was easy to book on the day however the previous enquiries I had sent by email a few days before arriving were responded to with very short one line replies resulting in a lot of back and forth emails with me having to ask further questions. Had the hotel responded once with a comprehensive reply this could have been avoided. The hotel uses a third party app/website to book the shuttle and I hadn’t seen or used anything like that before. Some detailed instructions on the website would be helpful. Check-in was very fast and just what I needed following a long journey. The room was slightly dated but nevertheless clean and tidy and perfectly adequate for a daytime rest. It’s worth nothing that my room (and seemingly most others) face inwards to a central indoor atrium which can be quite noisy during the day time. I had earplugs and would have struggled to sleep without them. All the staff members I encountered were polite and helpful.

Хороший современный отель в удобной локации, а именно, рядом большие торговые центры, 5 минут пешком. До жд. вокзала и автовокзала 5-7 минут на такси.Особенно удобно тем, что есть дневное поселение,
при длительных стыковках, незаменимая вещь:)
Так, что рекомендую, номера комфортные, постели удобные, ну итд.

The hotel was booked for coming off a cruise as we had a late flight home. It was a perfect location being walking distance from the cruise port and right on the French Quarter and along the riverfront. Hotel room was beautiful and fully equipped. Would highly recommend

Everything was exceptional. The only problem was they should be changing their carpets that had some stains, To a laminate floor and maybe do some updating but other than that, it was perfect. It was very clean.

The manager Eduardo was extremely rude. Made us wait 20 min for check-in, and as soon as time was over made sure to kick us out leaving us in distress. We were not even allowed to stay in the lobby for more than 5 min after the booking was over. A**hole!

The hotel and pool area are nice, however at 12pm they move all hotel guests from the day beds or loungers for paid pool party goers. They move you all the way back from the pool, if there is availability. lol Very disappointing.

The entire room smelt of smoke (I am allergic to Tabaco), there was not adequate lighting to see, particles of food were on the carpet, there was no hand towel and I was unable to sleep due to the elevator making a pinging noise every second.

My room 418 had a broken bed. If you lay on it the whole area by where you put your pillows, near the headboard is way lower than by where you put your feet. It felt like you were laying on your head if you laid down the correct way.

Hotel Croydon Is an excellent property. The room was very nice and the rooftop deck had a wonderful view of the ocean. We had a great lunch at the hotel restaurant/bar; The Tavern. On the day of our stay, the hotel had a happy hour. We took our drinks to the rooftop and enjoyed the sunset.

When I first arrived at the Farrington Inn, I knew i was in for it.. the property looked run down and seedy at best. You could see that the blinds on the windows inside were all broken. I stepped in and the property was dirty and old. The ceiling was even coming off in my room! The beds were very old and I lifted the sheets and the mattresses were very dirty! Just gross! At first they tried to give me a room without a bathroom! I complained and they switched it but told me that it wouldn't be ready for another 25 to 30 minutes, by this time is was already over an hour into my 5 hour booking. I thought that maybe they would have pushed the 5 hours back and started it from the moment the room was ready for me but, they did not! I had to use the bathroom at some point during my stay and I was left a roll of toilet paper with 4 squares of 1 ply left on it! Any female knows that isn't enough to wipe themselves after going to the bathroom. No extra roll could be found anywhere so I had to drip dry! I do not recommend staying here especially at the price that they want. I feel as though I should have been paid to stay there!

Fantastic resort with a lovely pool, and since it’s right on the beach, it’s super convenient to enjoy the ocean. The restaurant served delicious food, though it was a bit pricey.

Very deceptive. Once we checked in we were told it was only for a Pool Pass. The hotel wouldn't refund the money but charged us even more for a room including a resort fee. We ended up spending $275 for the use of a room for 6 hours.

So glad to have found this website. Booking was quick and easy. The hotel was ready and aware. We had access to all amenities. Much cheaper than booking two nights or trying to organise early check in/late check out for those odd hours when waiting for a flight. Will be using this company again for sure.

Overall the hotel is a 5, except for the woman in the evening she’s wasn’t nice at all. Plus I was overcharged for parking fees in which I did not appreciate. Orlando is one of the best workers at the location.

I booked this room 2 days prior yet the reservation didn't transfer over to the hotel. I got the key pretty quickly so it was just a hiccup. I've stayed at this hotel several times and always love it.

I would give this hotel an easy 5 if they would get better at check in. If the room is already paid for it should not take 15 minutes to get your key. I get it for people paying at the counter. Someone should be in charge of completing already paid for rooms the night before. So it's a smooth check-in process.

What a lifesaver. Up at 3am for first leg of long-haul. Missed connection with 10 hours to wait. Day Use saved the day and made that long second flight manageable.
