I booked this room because I needed a space to work in between meetings while on a trip to New York City. The room and work desk was perfect - comfortable, excellent lightening, and spacious. The free wifi was fast and reliable. The staff were very kind and friendly, and they seemed to go out of their way to offer assistance. I would highly recommend staying at The Draper.

The room was everything I needed. The staff at reception were friendly. I was also able to use the gym and pool. The room was reallly well appointed, spacious and very clean.

Restaurant was closed for remodeling. Work was being done at pool, decking, & at the upper verandas. The work was noisy and did not allow us to relax at the pool. Our room was very clean by the housekeeping staff and we are very grateful for the clean room. The room decor was plain with lack of color and tropical design. The Bathroom was very nice and spacious. All of the staff we interacted with were kind with the Aloha spirit. Mahalo

Check-in took forever (between 10-15 minutes), even though I had pre-paid my stay (I had a business call to take and was just in time for it, which was stressful). Then, the phone in my room did not work, so I could not call reception for services, which was very inconvenient.
The room itself was great: bright and clean; shower was impeccable and big enough, and all the available drinks and coffees were good supplies to have. Price is expensive, but very worth it if you stay from 8am-8pm. Will come back, but please fix your check-in process and make sure your fancy/retro phones work, thanks!

The hotel was excellent but I would advise anyone not to use hotels by day. The Hilton had NEVER HAD ANY BOOKING notice from them.

Extremely dissapointing experience.
We paid premium prices for the room (with special requests for quietness and non smoking) but we were put on a floor dedicated for refugees on the 3rd floor.
Children were running around screaming from 8am when we arrived till 5pm when we checked out.
People smoking and arguing right in front of our room. The room was unclean and when I complained calmly to the lady at the desk, she requested the manager, who stormed out of his office irritated that I dared complain.
Reluctantly he offered a $20 discount refund at 4pm.
Why would you put paying guests amongst refugees when there were rooms on other floors?
If you are looking for a quiet stay, AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE A PLAGUE

Overall it was a great stay! The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing I'd say went wrong is that they advertise you get a an umbrella and loungers on the beach with your resort fee, but when I went to the beach, they tried to charge me for the umbrella, saying it was not included. I was only going to be at the beach 2 hours tops so it didn't make sense to pay for an umbrella but it was also advertised as included, which is not true. Other than that, I had no issues and would stay again.

Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Perfect for the day after a cruise and before a long haul flight. Shuttle service to the airport was perfect.

Quick check-in. Bags were taken immediately and held for us until we were ready to go to the airport. Staff at front door and front desk very friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfy. Location was within walking distance to store and restaurants.
