The service was excellent at check-in. Got my room quickly and according to my ask.

Room and facility was clean. But, they charged too much. I already paid $66 for the room at booking with HotelByDay. The receptionist told me that I had to pay at the desk and I had to leave credit card number, just in case. When I checked my credit card transaction the next day, they charged $113 again. What kind of business is this??

There was a lot of noise from other guests and also there was some kind of dispute. Staff and guest were fighting loud and we could not sleep. Also staff while cleaning next room was loud chatting and not careful making less noise realizing other guests might be sleeping. They need to improve on this front.

I don't have much to say about the hotel itself: I went into my room, I slept for a few hours, I got up, and I left. Props for the shuttle service though.

Smooth checkin experience, nice hotel, very good idea for day use rooms. a stressful 12 hour LA layover was transformed into a nice chill and relaxing day in the room.

the room had broken picture frame that fell while i was in room, called front desk 2 times and no one answered. i didn't say much because i was only there for a few hours but if that painting would of had been over the bed and fallen on me it could of caused and injury. this was room 740

Booked for a day stay, upon arrival we were greated by a rude staff member at the check in desk, when we finally got to the room the tv did not work, and we also found out that the restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner.

Excellent service at the hotel nice room and facilities, on airport so a short walk to check in. Gave 4 stars as there was no pool and the room wasn’t soundproof.

Professional staff, clean room with comfy bed. No problems with check in, even allowed us in 40 mins early. Location probably isn't very exciting but easy taxi ride from the airport and we were only looking for a comfy sleep on a long layover.

Nice location with a free airport shuttle . The hotel staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovation and we were looking forward to relaxing in the sun.

I’m assuming they have rooms for day use only and separate rooms for overnight stays. Room did not look like the picture and was not the type of room to hang out in or rest in. Small, old, dark, on the dirtier side. But was ok to keep our luggage in, while we walked the boardwalk/beach. Location was great, less than a block to beach. Hotel staff was friendly/helpful.

Hotel doesn't allow day use guests to store luggage. The rooms are antiquated and poorly designed. Amenity fee is outrageous for what you get. Avoid

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had two day rooms and they changed the reservation around to make sure we were both on the same floor. The room was stylish and extremely clean. Highly recommend.

The Front Desk attendants were very warm and welcoming. They were able to find my reservation quickly. The room was clean, comfortable, and made it easy for us to relax between flights. The front desk even texted us after being in the room for an hour or so to see if we needed anything. If traveling through Orlando, would highly recommend!

There was construction in the room next door, it was going the entire time, it only stopped during the lunch hour. Could hear endless drilling, the walls are a bit paper thin. You could hear other guests’ conversations very clearly. The room and amenities was nice but if you’re trying to escape and have a peaceful day to rest these were quite a distraction.

Have been here a couple times and it’s a great spot. Nice people, easy check-in, very clean. Only negatives is their rooms are a little small and don’t have a desk (be aware if you’re planning to use there for work/meetings) but the lounge area downstairs has lots of tables to use and wifi.

Room was very good, but hotel had work going on around main entrance, so everyone had to use side entrance and drag their luggage along because nobody had thought to put a luggage trolley at the side door - they were still by the main entrance and therefore totally useless. I pointed this out to the reception desk, but it was still the same when we left four hours later.

Generally the room was great and suited my needs as a place to recover between flights. The only issue was the key stopped access at 4pm when the booking was for 9pm. I would stay here again.

They had some issues with the system and I had to wait almost an hour for my room. When I requested to extend the check out time, they said they couldn't. We lost one hour waiting for them. The room was ok.

From the beginning reservation not updated I had to wait for 30 minutes. Second case Rooms are in good condition but no Basement parking available. And There is no Tissues in bed room. We brought the tissues from washroom and used after food.

No issues at all. Booked the hotel 11am - 10pm and all was as expected, reservation confirmed, room ready and all in order. I stashed my luggage and went sightseeing for the day, resting and refreshing back at the hotel beige my late night flight. Would use again.

Newly renovated hotel, friendly front desk service, large room. huge TV and large bathroom. Quiet, clean and very comfortable king bed. Would have given a 5 star but the pool was closed for renovations.

I am a full time caregiver and I occasionally get a break. My stay was close to perfect. Clean, comfortable and quiet, Having a day use option was what I needed. This will be my go to for the rare occasions I get a break
