My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, and the service I received made all the difference. The front desk representative, whose name I believe was Paul (though I could be mistaken), went above and beyond to ensure I felt genuinely welcomed during my short visit. His attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor were second to none. It was clear that he takes great pride in creating a positive experience for guests, which made my stay even more memorable. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect retreat during a busy holiday like Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Despite the holiday rush, the staff handled everything with efficiency and care, always greeting guests with a smile and making sure everyone’s needs were met. From the smooth check-in process to the helpful recommendations for local spots, every interaction reflected a commitment to outstanding service. I left feeling impressed not only with the accommodations but also with the warm and welcoming atmosphere the staff worked hard to provide. The Hotel was close to the airport. Spacious room. Clean. Bed very comfortable. But the shuttle service is not good. Incoming we waited 30 minutes, outgoing even close to one hour. The information says that the shuttels come every 20 to 25 minutes. Thats not true. Another minus is the almost non-existent restaurant or cafe. Only few hours a day open, a tiny Starbucks exists.

The rooms are fairly clean and modern, but have broken items and some visible damage not prepared. The staff is friendly but often very slow to respond. For the price it is a great day use option but we don’t really have any other options in the Cleveland area to compare it to. I believe there is one other property but it is within a few miles of this one.

friendly and very nice reception, room was spacious and a fantastic the bed, lunch at restaurant very good! shuttlebus to airport booked because we wanted to go easy and relax into our flight to amsterdam which was in the evening. this hotel was the best!

Hotel reception smells nice, albeit strong, and staff is always welcoming and kind. My partner and I regularly book rooms here to work/relax in a private environment. Rooms are great, but it seems like the older beds go in these rooms as it’s assumed they won’t be used. Room amenities are fantastic. All around would recommend. Wish there were more mid-county options by Sonesta with a similar price point.

The hotel urgently needs an investment in quality. There is only one staff member at the reception, the room key card doesn’t work, the Wi-Fi is also down, there’s no lunch available in the restaurant, etc. etc. It’s a shame.

We got off of our boat at 9am but were not leaving Florida until 8pm. We were dreading the whole thing however after spending the day on the beach and inside watching football - we were very happy. The location is fantastic - beach feels private. The hotel was very clean and the service was very good. Highly recommend.

Room was clean and a perfect alternative to sitting in the airport for 10 hours before the flight! Great shuttle service to MIA. Staff very accommodating to hold luggage before check-in.

The communication from the staff about the included amenities was misleading. Was told while checking in that we were “welcome to enjoy the continental breakfast.” Went to the venue, checked in with hostess who said “you have the choice between continental breakfast and a [deluxe] breakfast.” We each had a small plate of eggs and chicken sausage and then were brought a bill for $33 each. We discussed with the front desk and they apologized for the misleading communication but did not adjust our bill. The day use room smelled gross. A musty, maybe smoky smell. All in all, this hotel was nice but I would not return nor would I recommend others using this hotel for their stay.

Very conveniently located, about a mile from LAX. Room was large, comfortable, and clean with two queen sized beds. Perfect for our long layover. Shuttle to airport was an added bonus.

This hotel was beautiful. Rooms are huge- we had 2 king beds. The bathroom is fantastic with lovely amenities. The room was dark and cold- exactly what we needed after a long flight. The shuttle was so convenient with lots of regular times. The coffee shop in the lobby was perfect! Thoroughly recommend.

This hotel was the best part about my forced Dallas stay, due to flight cancelations. Everyone was kind, friendly, and the hotel was exactly what I needed after booking an emergency motel and being stuck in Texas for two days. Scott is a gem. The room was remarkable - comfortable, roomy, with a lovely bathroom with soaking tub and rainshower, and the most comfortable bed. This place turned a miserable situation into a lovely rest experience.

Everything is good. But When I am checking in I have to give the details of my guest everytime. I want this details to be systemed and not to request to send everytime. Other than that they have provided smoking room. They don't have bath robes. Only towels. And the room use slippers. But from Hotels booking everything is as expected.

This was perfect in every way. The room was comfortable and quiet for a quick nap. The shower was clean and hot to freshen up. And the location was convenient to the BART (about a 25 minute walk) so we could have a few hours in SFO for fun. The staff were some of the kindest I have encountered in all my travels.

Front desk called my room and told me I had to check out by 12pm. When I explained that I have the room from 9am-5pm they sounded confused and questioned me about what I was talking about. Then, 1/2 hour later, room service knocked on my door and told me I needed to check out. Basically confusion. I ended up checking out at 3:30 instead of 5pm.

Upon arriving at 9am, they said check in was at 3pm but I said I booked a day room which is from 9am-5pm. They then said they couldn't find my booking confirmation and that they don't have a day room available. After about 10 minutes they were able to give me a room after requesting me to email the confirmation I got. Weird how their system didn't show my booking but was relieved they were still able to get me a room, else we would be stuck all day nowhere with no rest. Had slept the whole day but at noon, housekeeping knocked asking when our checkout was. Hopefully they have better system in checking new occupied rooms and when they check out so they won't disturb guests

My check in was 9AM. I had already paid before hand for a room check in at 9AM. They didn’t have a room because “they were sold out” from yesterday. What’s that got to do with me? I finally got my room at 9:30AM. I paid for my room and a certain time. When I got the key, I asked front desk could I stay 30 mins more since I was checked in late. I was told no because that “room was paid for”. Room mirror had dirty stains god knows what.

Despite the Times Square description in the hotel name the hotel is closer to Central Park and is not as convenient as depicted. Hotel staff was rude upon check in and switched out the room type for my other reservation later that day to a downgraded room. Room was dirty and maintenance consisted of a broken bathroom mirror and duct tape on a portion of missing carpet. Management and staff can do a lot better. Avoid with so many better choices available.
