Ordered 3 rooms , waited to long for one room. 2 Hours. The hotel claims bad communication between hotels by day and homewood suites by hilton miamo. Not a good experience.

This was my 1st time using a Day Use room. This was absolutely a perfect option. My flight leaving Miami wasn't until after 10pm. I wanted to be able to reorganize my luggage to prepare for my flight after leaving a cruise ship. I also wanted to just relax. Maybe sit by the pool and/or take a nap. I did just that. I will always use this option every time I visit Miami because I always have late flights. Also this was a very last minute situation because another similar company contacted me an hour before check in to advise me that a different hotel could not accommodate me...so this hotel saved the day & I was truly appreciated. The woman at the front desk was a sweetheart!

The hotel stay was great. Great value, we were able to use the pool. However, it took 20 min to check in because the lady in the reception did not know we were able to check in at 5 pm

The hotel is beautiful, it was my first time staying there and I can let you guys know that I was impressed. Very clean, the whole staff team so very nice, room? Very beautiful, bright, it was great. The only reason why I’m not giving a 5/5 it’s because we had an issue with the water in our room, it was murky… literally looked like rice water or oak water coming from the sink. After that the stay was great and everything else that includes as well.

A lovely place to rest after flying into Bangalore early morning. It allowed me time to refresh before getting night bus as I didn’t want to wait around in the city all day. Staff friendly and helpful. Room decent. Good location for shops and food options.

The room was dirty and the hotel had a mildew smell! The appliances were old and the room did not look like their photos (old windows, old vent). I asked to have my room cleaned (brown stains on the pillow; bathroom had hair and wasn't flushed) so not only did it smell mildewy but also cleaner. They gave me a different room but the burner on the kitchen was slanted. I was only there for less than two hours because I didn't feel comfortable in that hotel. I tried to work with them and they were kind, but it needed major renos for safety.

We had to leave our cruise ship in the AM, the flight was not until 6 pM This was a nice way to rest before our flight. It was nothing fancy, not a full service hotel but it was clean and next to the airline we where taking. The bell desk and the front desk where very welcoming.

Booked room from 10am to 6pm as we just got off a cruise ship and couldn't fly out until 9pm. Room wasn't ready until well after 11am, front desk person was not friendly, just kept telling us to come back every 20 mins to inquire about the room being ready. Also, room attendants knocked on our door multiple times looking to clean our room before our checkout time of 6pm which was annoying. Pros... the shuttle from the hotel to the airport was included which was a nice perk. Not sure I'd stay here overnight, very busy /noisy location. Rooms were mediocre at best.

We were flying into Boston at 9am and going to a Celtics game at 1pm and then flying back home at 6. We found hotels by day and got a day pass to the Hilton at Logan Airport for the day. What a great concept! The hotel check in was easy since I had my booking number. We got to our room, rested a bit, and then had lunch at the restaurant. After the game we went back to the room to freshen up and charge our phones and had another small meal and walked back to the terminal and went home! What a great day and hotel! Will use hotels by day again for sure!

As a caregiver for my parents, it's hard for me to be away from home for too long. I looked up hotels that offer day use, and I was pleasantly surprised at the length of time offered. 12 - 10pm was perfect for me. I enjoyed the pool (clean and warm), 24hr coffee available and the suite was perfect! The gentleman (Dwight) at the front desk was very welcoming and explained everything necessary for an enjoyable stay. It was like a mini vacay around the corner!

Had about 12 hours to kill in Miami between cruise ship debarkment and flight, booked a day rental at a beach front hotel using hotels by day. The check in was smooth, recieved a key for a "poolside cabana" that was a small poolside room where we could nap, shower, change, and charge devices. Visited the pool, beach, and local eateries. We arrived at the airport showered and comfy after a lovely, last minute, vacation extending day.

We had a 10 hour wait from leaving cruise to our flight boarding. We decided to spend the day relaxing here instead of sitting at the airport. It was worth the money to spend the day. The bed was comfortable, shower was great, pool was perfect. The only draw back was the restaurant on site was way over priced and not great for food. It shouldn't cost a couple $100 for oatmeal, and omelet, OJ and coffee. That's just highway robbery.

Galleria Jeddah by Hilton is an amazing hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and snack and top notch modern rooms. Very highly recommended!

Horrible. The hotel never received the payment from you all. So I had work with them for over an hour and ended up having to pay in person even though I paid upfront when I made the booking.

I work nights as an RN and use the Day Stay to sleep before I worked my next shift because I was unable to make it home due to a big snowstorm.

Rodeway has always served us whether staying over or day use. But the desk service this time was disorganised, busy as cruise people arrivals and departures took place. When Day use room is 10 till 6 and have paid for that room, they should make certain rooms are ready for that time. Not be told to wait aside for for a room. I had to be firm after 20 mins. that my husband age 84 could not be expected to stand around waiting, so pushing her to prioritise us, don't like doing that, but they need to up their act or lower the price to an hourly rate, as we had to leave at 4pm as it was. The room and facilities were very good as usual otherwise.

We looked for the Marriott Suites at IAD. It was the only option available, however, the manager on duty gave us a hard time checking us in and tried to charge me $25 USD extra for "Early check in". I have used this site for "day uses" more than 15 times in a year and you should explain a lot to get your room, but this time was very frustrating because the reservation was for 10 AM, we arrived around 9 AM, she asked us to wait (that's fine... but), then I showed her that I can change the reservation to 9 AM by cancelling the previous one... But she insisted that "those rooms are for other guests", but, I was telling her "I AM CANCELLING THE ONE AT 10 AM, AND MAKING THE RESERVATION FOR THE 9 AM ONE FOR TODAY" so I am "those" other guests of those rooms she had. She insisted that NO, until by a miracle she gave us the room around 9:30 AM, but it was very frustrating. You are tired, you want to rest, you do not want to deal with helpless people at front desk. Kuddos to the app for allowing reservations without payments, because I was very close to leave the hotel and go somewhere else.

Extremely bad experience booking through HotelsByDay as the toom I booked in Hilton Atlanta city was supposed to be available at 9am until 5pm. When I reached the hotel at 9am, I was told that no rooms are available. They gave me two options, stay in one their connecting room hall (without bed) or get refund.. I was arriving after long all night flight and I really needed some rest before my flight again in the evening. Hilton didn’t just didn’t allot me a room but they charged $75 extra in the name of incidentals. Extremely disappointed with the fact that even after pre-paying for the hotel room, Hilton Atlanta didn’t honour the booking made from HotelsByDay.

Day room used as cruise arrived early morning and flight was at night. The room was actually fine - with Nespresso pod machine and water bottles provided. The food in the “executive lounge” was uninspiring and dried out from sitting too long. Twice when leaving the room I had to go back to reception as they had not programmed the key for day use - just for normal 12 noon check out. A little frustrating. And they didn’t seem to want to acknowledge their mistake. But on the whole it was a good experience.

This initially started off very frustrating because the guy couldn’t find my reservation. I believe his name was Ryan but he was amazing & patient. he eventually accommodated me. once in the room, i wasn’t pleased at all. the room was extremely hot even though the ac was on 63 & the tv didn’t work. after an hour of being uncomfortable, i just returned the key & sat by the pool.
