I would like to bring to your attention the additional charge of $100 for the service fee ...

I would like to bring to your attention the additional charge of $100 for the service fee at the hotel. I was not aware of this charge beforehand, and it was not clearly explained to me by the receptionist. Additionally, I noticed that the water from the shower had an unpleasant smell and some of the furniture in the room appeared to be quite old. While I appreciate the cleanliness of the room, I must say that these issues detracted from my overall experience, especially considering the hotel's 4-star rating.
