OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participants must be 18 years or older.
The giveaway is open to everyone, but "daycation" redemption is valid only where HotelsByDay has hotel inventory.
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be contacted and tagged by HotelsByDay for the winning entry. Your data will not be used in any other manner unless specified.

4. Prize Details

Prizes: First place: $250 USD, Second place: $150 USD, Third place: $100 USD in daytime hotel access or equivalent to local currency.
Selection: Winners will be chosen randomly from Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok!
Non-transferable: Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Prizes are set in USD and worth the equivalent amount in local currency.
Points System: The prize value comes in #MasterKey loyalty points (see "Daycation Redemption" for details).

5. Winner Selection and Prize Notification

Three (3) winners and three (3) alternates will be randomly selected.
Winners will be announced and contacted by 11:59 PM EST on 12/27/2024 via tag in the winning post announcement and through direct messages (DMs) on Instagram.
If a winner does not respond within 7 (seven) days of contact, an alternate will be offered the daycation. The alternate will have 7 (seven) days to accept the daycation.
The daycation will be forfeited if no response is received within the specified period.

6. Daycation Redemption

To redeem your daycation, register for the #MasterKey loyalty program. After signing up, you will be granted loyalty points equal to your prize value. Use these points to redeem your daycation.
Redemptions must fully cover the cost of your stay; partial point usage or combining points with cash payments are not permitted.
Winner Notification: Winners will receive a DM with specific instructions upon confirmation.
Free Sign-Up: register for the #MasterKey loyalty program at no cost and enjoy a commitment-free experience. Registration unlocks your daycation and other member-only benefits.

7. General Provisions

Acceptance of Rules: Participants commit to the giveaway's terms by entering.
Adaptability Clause: HotelsByDay may revise rules as needed due to unforeseen events.
Finality of Decisions: The company's rulings on the giveaway are conclusive.

8. Understanding Additional Costs

Beyond the Prize: The prize value in #MasterKey points enriches your experience but does not extend to cover any additional hotel-imposed fees, such as resort fees, deposits, amenities not inclusive of the day rate, or other incidental charges. These fees vary by hotel and are the participant's responsibility to pay, as detailed in the specific hotel's terms and conditions.
