Hotel shuttle was convenient and checkin was easy. Problem was no hot water for shower and had to wait for person to come up and check it and then fix. Nice room with view of airport runways but not noisy.

Very poor job cleaning the room. Last guest who stayed in the room before me used the bathroom and didn't flush the toilet and I found it.

Booked a day room at the Embassy Suites LAX. Fantastic service, enjoyed the room for a good 6 hours, hotel offers free airport shuttle as well.

The front desk staff is always especially helpful, and professional. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Glad to see turkey sausage as a meat option. Bar staff AWESOME!

Room was spotlessly clean and bed was very comfortable. Hotel provided free shuttle to and from Atlanta airport domestic terminal. It was great to have use of a day room for some much needed sleep between 2 long flights.

The people were very friendly and accommodating!!! We got stuck in the elevator and they took action very quickly and were very kind to us. The room seemed to be recently updated but the hotel is dated. We liked the complimentary snacks!

When we arrived they said that dayhotel didn’t exist and that checkin was at 15. However, they managed to get a room for us and we stayed until 18. When we checked out they asked if we are checking out one day earlier as if we had purchased a night. Seems that the day hotel books the hotel as an ordinary booking.

It was so easy to book online and really helped us as we had to check out of our villa at 12pm and our flight was at 9:15pm at night. The 9-5pm option suited us perfectly. We had breakfast, swam in pool and played water polo and got to relax in the room before going to the airport

everything was great. I did not prepay for the room but when I checked in everything was correct and the staff was great. I did have some wifi didn't work well on the 7th floor. The only shortcoming was they did not recognize me as a gold elite memeber

The Marriott South at Houston Hobby airport was wonderful. I prepaid for my room when making this reservation. When I checked in and when I checked out I was charged for the room and each time I had to return to the front desk to get this matter resolved.

All good, I chose it because it is very close to the airport, however they have the WORST shuttle service, extremely slow. Advertising says that it is between 20-30 minutes. Not true, you wait up to 1 hour, and they have only one bus. You will see shuttle for others hotels like 3 or 4 times while you wait for yours. I saw 5 times the shuttle for Hyatt Centric while waiting for mine (and both hotels are next to each other)

My husband and I had a fun and relaxing day date. Ease of booking on the website here and also ease of check in at the hotel. They had our reservation and room was ready within minutes. Room was great and room service breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this service and hotel for day use.

This hotel harassed me and my partner when we left. They forced us into the cold and the snow as we were waiting for our ride because we were no longer "guests." Then the hotel refused to take any responsibility for its actions.

The front desk representative, whose name I believe was Paul (though I could be mistaken), went above and beyond to ensure I felt genuinely welcomed during my short visit. His attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor were second to none. It was clear that he takes great pride in creating a positive experience for guests, which made my stay even more memorable. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect retreat during a busy holiday like Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Despite the holiday rush, the staff handled everything with efficiency and care, always greeting guests with a smile and making sure everyone’s needs were met. From the smooth check-in process to the helpful recommendations for local spots, every interaction reflected a commitment to outstanding service. I left feeling impressed not only with the accommodations but also with the warm and welcoming atmosphere the staff worked hard to provide. The Hotel was close to the airport. Spacious room. Clean. Bed very comfortable. But the shuttle service is not good. Incoming we waited 30 minutes, outgoing even close to one hour. The information says that the shuttels come every 20 to 25 minutes. Thats not true. Another minus is the almost non-existent restaurant or cafe. Only few hours a day open, a tiny Starbucks exists.

The rooms are fairly clean and modern, but have broken items and some visible damage not prepared. The staff is friendly but often very slow to respond. For the price it is a great day use option but we don’t really have any other options in the Cleveland area to compare it to. I believe there is one other property but it is within a few miles of this one.

Hotel reception smells nice, albeit strong, and staff is always welcoming and kind. My partner and I regularly book rooms here to work/relax in a private environment. Rooms are great, but it seems like the older beds go in these rooms as it’s assumed they won’t be used. Room amenities are fantastic. All around would recommend. Wish there were more mid-county options by Sonesta with a similar price point.

The hotel urgently needs an investment in quality. There is only one staff member at the reception, the room key card doesn’t work, the Wi-Fi is also down, there’s no lunch available in the restaurant, etc. etc. It’s a shame.

We got off of our boat at 9am but were not leaving Florida until 8pm. We were dreading the whole thing however after spending the day on the beach and inside watching football - we were very happy. The location is fantastic - beach feels private. The hotel was very clean and the service was very good. Highly recommend.

The communication from the staff about the included amenities was misleading. Was told while checking in that we were “welcome to enjoy the continental breakfast.” Went to the venue, checked in with hostess who said “you have the choice between continental breakfast and a [deluxe] breakfast.” We each had a small plate of eggs and chicken sausage and then were brought a bill for $33 each. We discussed with the front desk and they apologized for the misleading communication but did not adjust our bill. The day use room smelled gross. A musty, maybe smoky smell. All in all, this hotel was nice but I would not return nor would I recommend others using this hotel for their stay.

The hotel room was clean, service was great, and the shuttle from LAX to the hotel and back was timely and made my layover much more relaxed.
