Overall the hotel is a 5, except for the woman in the evening she’s wasn’t nice at all. Plus I was overcharged for parking fees in which I did not appreciate. Orlando is one of the best workers at the location.

I would give this hotel an easy 5 if they would get better at check in. If the room is already paid for it should not take 15 minutes to get your key. I get it for people paying at the counter. Someone should be in charge of completing already paid for rooms the night before. So it's a smooth check-in process.

What a lifesaver. Up at 3am for first leg of long-haul. Missed connection with 10 hours to wait. Day Use saved the day and made that long second flight manageable.

Overall we had a good stay. The highlight was the rose pedal package that they offer. My wife was really surprised and love it.

Because unfortunately the hotel was without any water supply until 3.30 pm.
Luckily the hotel transferred us to renaissance inn, next store, we couldn’t wait any longer to take a shower and use the bathroom !

It was a clean, friendly , and a very welcoming place. Being a busy mom you never find time for you so I got a couple hours alone and it was fantastic.

The hotel is nice but they put me next door to a room that was being renovated and opposite the housekeeping rooms. Due to this I could not sleep, so total waste of money. They also charged $20 for a dried up ham and cheese sandwich on white bread, in a plastic container. No price was on it, so I should have asked but $20 - really?

The shuttle did not come in the morning in 25minutes. I called hotel it doesnt come for 1 hour. When leaving at 13:45 it did not come for 1 hour. When picking up people screaming it did not come for 1 hour. Bad service . Dont go here Marriot came 3 times. Sheraton came twice. The loft came twice and it's in El segundo. Go where they have good shuttle service. You call the hotel they say 20 minutes. They lie.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and fell far short of expectations.
Throughout my visit, I was repeatedly approached by staff—at least three times-questioning what I was doing there, despite having the correct neon yellow wristband. This made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
Additionally, there were no accessible outlets to charge my phone. The few outlets that were available were placed in inconvenient areas, and access was later restricted due to an event. This added unnecessary stress to my visit. The beach chairs were also in poor condition and outdated, many of them torn and in need of replacement.
To top it off, I waited over two hours without any service from the beach bartender, which further contributed to a frustrating experience.
I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving the guest experience moving forward.

Perfect place to stay. I had a long layover after a cruise and didn't want to sit in the airport all day. This is a GREAT location right off the beach, with plenty of eating options nearby. There's lot's to do if you choose. The hotel is wonderful and the room was just what I wanted for a layover. Clean, quiet and in a great location. Everything exceeded my expectations. I will definitely make this my go to spot in Miami.

I had a very good experience during my stay. The check-in process was easy and everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, I felt relaxed and well taken care of. My only small suggestion would be to provide bottles of water in the room for guests, even if the stay is short. It’s a small detail, but it can make a big difference after a long trip. I was charged twice. I paid up front when I made the reservation. The charge appears as HOTELSBYDAYCOM. When I got to the hotel they said they didn't have any credit card or payment info, but said they would take care of it. They took my card for a room deposit of $25 and said it would be refunded. It shows up on my credit card statement as $25 to Sonesta Hotels. It was not removed, AND an additional charge to Sonesta Hotels appeared the next day. The room itself was perfectly fine.

I loved the hotel. The room was nice and clean. Front desk took a little longer than usual. But they were nice. And the parking fee is a little on the higher side. We parked in the Marriott. Much cheaper. Rooms are Private, quiet and relaxing. I would book her again.

The hotel is average. The staff were kind and mostly accommodating. It took a while to check in and I was already an hour and a half into my booking. The room placement next to an extremely noisy elevator was really disappointing, considering I shared that I was arriving to nap after a long night of work. Instead, I couldn’t rest but had to listen to loud banging that I initially thought was ongoing construction. At the end of my day stay, I requested an additional courtesy hour. Nope! $50 for an extra hour. I think I would have had better success resting at a day spa for the price.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, but check in took a long time because my room wasn’t actually available in their system, causing me to lose expensive time in my room. When I’m paying $200 for a few hours, I expect the room to be ready during the window I paid for.

We stayed for the day due to a 9 hour layover in Omaha. It was definetly worth it. The only thing is I counted on a shuttle and a pool from what I read on other websites about this hotel. There was neither available, which is as advertised on the hotels by day website. It cost a pretty penny to Uber both ways to OMA due to the distance from the airport. Staff were pleasant and room was clean.

My wife and I reserved a day stay since we had a 7 hour layover in PR after disembarking from an NCL cruise. Proximity to both pier and airport was very convenient and check-in was seamless. It was a $10/pp taxi ride and took about 5 minutes to check in and get to our room. Once there access to the resort's pool and beach access made our "travel day" feel like an extended vacation. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas readily available and reasonably priced bucket of beers. The beach side restaurant had a nice variety of lunch options though a bit pricey (ranging $20-30 USD) but expected for the location. Hotel hospitality and restaurant staff were excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean (though they were fixing the AC, the fresh air from the open balcony doors was nice) I plan to use Royal Sonesta for future day stays and plan to bring our boys there for a family vacation, I plan to use it as a base for business stays as well.

The Hilton Bali has a stunning location and view. The rooms were comfortable and check in was quick and easy. The whole place is a bit dated and lacklustre but for spending a day waiting for a flight it was perfect. Lots of food outlets. Pricey for the average quality. But would definitely use again

Room was smelly and air condition did not work. facilites were not great either. Tv didnt work and overall poor. Rained very hard and water was pooring into the room. around pool got 1-2 ft of water and we had to drag luggage though it to leave. i would never stay at this place again. I guess you pay for what you get.

The hotel was a bit dirty, I did find a small bug on one of my towels and I was on the 3rd or 4th floor. Also the directions weren’t clear enough and I went to the wrong location. The receptionist was nice and the drive to the airport was nice to schedule.
