Very friendly staff. I think I dealt with six different individuals and the were uniformally pleasant and helpful. Booking in and out was very easy. The room was just what I needed after a long flight.

From customer service, attention to detail and going the extra mile to accommodate to my specific needs, amazing ???? I am a Puerto Rican recording ssinger visiting on tour and needed a place to get ready and rest for a couple of hours and they had parking for my huge SUV and all amenities to my request. Price was super fair for 7 hours.

Ease of booking, property was clean and just what we needed between our cruise and our flight home. On site restaurant was very good. Shuttle service was so-so and I would recommend a taxi instead. Gentleman on PA system outside could have been done away with as his jokes were not necessary. Overall, I would recommend this place for day use.

The room was so clean and peaceful. Much nicer than sitting in the airport for 8 hrs. Everyone was able to relax and take a nap before the final 6 hr flight. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

I am a drag performer and needed a space to get ready and dressed for an event in the area. I didn’t want to take an hour uber so this worked out great and was really convenient. The staff at the Draper were very nice and the room was clean and quiet .

Do NOT book here for a day use room! I was less than an hour late for my scheduled arrival and the hotel canceled my reservation with no notice. This hotel is, hands down, the worst choice in Boston for a day room. They have canceled on me several other times, more than once with less than 24 hours' notice.

The facilities were excellent. Comfortable. Bed and room. Was amazing. What was not amazing was the gentleman on the front desk. We had booked 9:00-8:00pm and even though our flight from New Zealand was 1 hour early he was not letting us in a minute early. We just wanted to change it to 8:00 - 7:00pm. We were not asking for more time. The room was ready. No flexibility for exhausted travellers, is not how you promote your services. So we sat in the lobby for two hours waiting. Girl who checked us in at 9:00 was. Lovely.

The front desk people aren’t very “people person”. They seemed bothered. Reservation was from 2-5 and upon arrival at 2:30, the room was not ready. Asked to extend until 5:30 and with an attitude the front desk man said “no”.

Could you please share details of your experience? Since day-use rooms have certain restrictions, I want to ensure we look into all possibilities to assist you in the future. The original booking was from 2-5PM. The check in was processed at 2:17PM.

I was extremely skeptical of this, and was SO DELIGHTFULLY SURPRISED. Room was clean, beach access was perfect, and the cabana with food & drink was well priced and delicious. Would recommend.

It was a perfect day to spend a layover day , usable rooms nice convenience store with liquor and beer . Very busy in the moring with all the cruise transfers very well planned .
More shaded areas outside would defiantly be a bonus .

The process of booking the room was easy and we had no problems. But the hotel is horrible. Super dated rooms with peeling paint and broken bathroom door that didn’t fully close. The hotel location is obviously great but it’s crazy they charge so much for what feels worse than a Motel 6
