Hotels by Day services were excellent. No problems with check in or check out. The Embassy Suites I stayed at was a disaster. I was placed in a section of the hotel that was under renovation and there were paint buckets in the hallway outside my room and workers hammering the entire time of my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked day room at Miami Airport due to a late afternoon flight but and had been on a cruise which checked out at 7am. The room was clean and tidy and was ready upon our arrival, no issues with check in or hotel booking. Perfect for a rest and refresh before flight. Would use again

I’ve used HotelsByDay several times before with good success but this time the hotel had issues and couldn’t find my reservation so it took over 20 minutes at reception for them to make a new reservation for me (not sure why that was necessary), then charged me a $40 destination fee (which I’m going to call about to try to have removed), so in total my stay was $235 for only being there 4 hours which is kind of insane. The room and hotel itself were nice, just don’t know if I’ll go there again after that mess. HBD might want to check in with this hotel to ensure they know how to properly use this service. I even showed them my booking confirmation and they still had to make a whole new one and kept checking in back with their manager while I stood there waiting.

The front desk clerk say I didn't have reservations i show him my reservations in my phone he kept searching he call the manager still having trouble by the time it was fix 30 or 40 minutes went by then my bank was not working for some reason have to get cash came back finally after a hour I get my room I been there a few time never had that problem with the lady terrible

I would highly recommend staying at the Courtyard Marriott off Billy Graham Parkway. The woman checking me in was very pleasant and personable. The room was clean. The food we ordered from the bistro on site was delicious. The bed was comfortable and the overall hotel was quiet and peaceful. We spent an amazing afternoon there and would go back without question.

My reservation was 11AM to 4PM. Houskeeping starting knocking on my door at 3PM and 3:45 to see if I checked out. Complained to manager and I don't think there was a resolution.

Time slot we chose was from 10am to 6pm, arrived at 11am and room wasn't ready. Luckily the wait wasn't too long. Housekeeping at one point attempted to enter the room but quickly left when they realized we were in there. We needed a place to rest and relax between getting off of our cruise ship in the morning and our flight late at night. Our needs were minimal and this was exactly what we were looking for.

Incredibly tired dated basic rooms . Clean . But I’d expect this quality at $60-$80. Not worth $200. The day use comes complete with a vigorous knock at the door a good 30 minutes before your 6pm checkout - all a little aggressive.

Ms. Paula was nice while checking us in. We didn't interact with any other staff besides the young man at checkout, however, they all seemed nice as well. Toilet seat in our room was disgusting. We didn't know if it was poop or what. We definitely did not feel as tho the room was thoroughly cleaned although at first glance it is neat. We were so tired from traveling and was checking in to a different hotel later and didn't want to be shuffled around and just laid in one spot.

Staff at Reception was friendly. My room was clean but it was very cold inside the heater didn’t work. When I woke up I was cold in bed cos of the room being so cold. I called front desk at least 10 times plus the operator no one ever picked up the phone. The taxi to Terminal 5 cost me £19!! I thought the hotel was close by for transit passengers. Very disappointing with everything. They did give me 20% discount for the stay.

We had a late flight out after our cruise and booked a day use room. It was definitely worth it! We had pool access, roof top patio access all in a beautiful boutique hotel. Will not hesitate to book again!

I booked this room because I needed a space to work in between meetings while on a trip to New York City. The room and work desk was perfect - comfortable, excellent lightening, and spacious. The free wifi was fast and reliable. The staff were very kind and friendly, and they seemed to go out of their way to offer assistance. I would highly recommend staying at The Draper.
