We went to check in at our booking time of 7 am and when we got there the front desk told ...

We went to check in at our booking time of 7 am and when we got there the front desk told us they had no clean rooms and wouldn’t be able to clean any till after 9 am. If my booking was not fully refundable the hotel would have still charged us.
