My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, and the service I received made all the difference. The front desk representative, whose name I believe was Paul (though I could be mistaken), went above and beyond to ensure I felt genuinely welcomed during my short visit. His attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor were second to none. It was clear that he takes great pride in creating a positive experience for guests, which made my stay even more memorable. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect retreat during a busy holiday like Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Despite the holiday rush, the staff handled everything with efficiency and care, always greeting guests with a smile and making sure everyone’s needs were met. From the smooth check-in process to the helpful recommendations for local spots, every interaction reflected a commitment to outstanding service. I left feeling impressed not only with the accommodations but also with the warm and welcoming atmosphere the staff worked hard to provide. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a seamless and pleasant experience. Thank you to Paul and the rest of the team for making my stay so enjoyable!
