I booked a Day Hotel, from 10-4:00 pm. You have to select the time frame you want your day hotel. The whole purpose for us was to drop ALL of our heavy luggage and relax before we had to go back to the airport. When we got there we were informed the room wasn’t ready and that he had no idea when it would be. We selected a double bed room, none available so we basically had to accept the king or sit in the lobby and wait. It was 11:15 by then so we took the king. I asked if we could be extended and hour because of the delay. It was a NOPE. ???? kinda crappy.

Used room to refresh after leaving cruise ship and before an overnight flight back to the UK. Hotel room was clean and spacious and enough local amenities / restaurants for a day’s stay without a car. Only downside was we selected 10am-4pm and room wasn’t available until 10:40am

The customer service staff was not aware of our reservation and payment made. We had to wait over an hour for the free shuttle and instead used an uber both to and from the hotel. I would rather stay at the Pullman where the staff are more organized.
