We stayed at this hotel prior to our cruise and after. The after was because we disembarke...

We stayed at this hotel prior to our cruise and after. The after was because we disembarked the ship but our flight wasn’t until 6p. We were able to wash all of our dirty clothes due to the amenities. We swam in the beautiful pool. The room was big and clean. The hotel Staff from the house keeper to the front were all friendly.

Second stay…Advanced reservation for day room with check in at 10 but upon arrival was told wouldn’t have room until 11 and was told to take shuttle at 3….when it runs much later…extremely disappointed…Emilio is awesome for airport shuttle though

Room was a lot larger than expected, so that was definitely a bonus. Hotel seemed a little older, but we were at the end of our trip and just needed a place to wait that was more comfortable than the airport, so we weren't too concerned about amenities, etc. Could use a wider selection for snacks, etc. if they are doing layover stays because there weren't really many food options in the area, so we were kind of stuck with what they had at their little shop. Shuttle driver (Emilio, I thnk?) was absolutely fantastic. Very kind and upbeat.

This was a great spot for a 10 hour gap between getting off a cruise and our flight home! Comfortable room, nice pool and even a little restaurant on site. The only thing to consider is the airplanes taking off pretty much right over the hotel.

Registration agent at hotel didn't have a clue about how to find our reservation and advance payment. After a 30-minute wait the issue was finally resolved. According to the hotel, HotelsbyDay had neglected to confirm our payment.
