I’m focusing on the excellent thoughtfulness and resourcefulness of the Customer Service I received. A change in my work schedule forced me into needing a change of reservation timing for my day stay. I needed a reservation slot that started and ended later than my original booking. I was initially skeptical of Customer Service here bc it seems like no online services answer their phones, and the WhatsApp option seemed hopeful at best. After letting the phone ring only a couple times, I had to hang up to take a work call. Before I could open WhatsApp, I got a call back a few minutes later! Very surprising because I hadn’t requested a call back. Wow. From there, the Customer Service representative was attentive and detailed in their assistance. They even offered to contact the hotel for me. By the time I woke up this morning, I had WhatsApp messages waiting for me to confirm that everything was all set. My check in was headache free! The Hotels By Day team treated me like they were doing seamless concierge service! I’m very appreciative of their hard work on my behalf.
