This initially started off frustrating because the guy couldn’t find my reservation but the front desk receptionist I believe his name was Brandon was amazing he guided the newer employee to check his email and walked the both of us through the process he even allowed an additional 30 mins due to the late start with checking in

I had to get my room changed 3x due to cleanliness issues, as well as pluming issues. The lady checking me in seemed to be in a pretty bad mood. My first room was pretty nice although it was not cleaned, I let the front desk know and the woman who checked me in changed my room, however it was so much smaller and smelled so much like mold. I went to remove my shoes and the carpet was all wet. I called The front desk and they transferred me to a different room which ultimately ended up being a double bed which I did Not ask for however I was tired and did not want to cause anymore stress on myself. I will Not be returning to this place.
