It’s was a big disappointment coz i always book this and never get the facilities of room service. Staff equally bad as they have no knowledge and with attitude they say no room service we can’t help you.

Only negative is no lift, so if you have difficulty with stairs and carrying luggage may be an inssue. Would use again
