Overall it was a great stay! The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing I'd say went wrong is that they advertise you get a an umbrella and loungers on the beach with your resort fee, but when I went to the beach, they tried to charge me for the umbrella, saying it was not included. I was only going to be at the beach 2 hours tops so it didn't make sense to pay for an umbrella but it was also advertised as included, which is not true. Other than that, I had no issues and would stay again.

This was my second time using Goodtimes for a day stay after a cruise. Each time it was excellent stay. A place to leave luggage and head to the pool and or south beach. On the weekends there are 21+ pool parties so keep in mind if staying with kids. I just needed a place to shower after the beach before heading to the airport when my son was with me. The other time was a girls trip so we enjoyed the music and people watching at the pool.

I searched thru many hotels and thought this one would be nice for me and my 2 girls, they love vintage. Got to the hotel and they say I did not pay which I did and they made me pay again. To avoid wasting the only few hours I paid again. Then it’s a pool party when we arrive and it’s “18+” so while in Miami we sat in a room from 10-6pm

Strawberry Moon had a perfect post-cruise brunch and the acai bowl is a crave-able concoction for sure! This hotel will be a must stay in the future. I’m sad we were only here to rest during a layover!

Other than the $40 resort fee, (which would have been fine if we could have used the pool, bicycles, and other included amenities, but it was a very rainy day), this hotel is pretty cool. Very vibey and laid back, clean and stylish. We had a lengthy time between our cruise end and flight home... Would definitely do this again rather than spend the day at the airport! Lots to do within a short walk.

Great clean hotel. However forgot my laptop charger and phone charger in the room. Is there any way to retrieve them? I spoke to hotels guest services and left voicemail but no response as of yet. Nice atmosphere and design. Friendly staff.
