The hotel was really close to the station, had a really comfortable bed and a nice bathroo...
The hotel was really close to the station, had a really comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The room was a bit small. The only problem I had was I stated I would arrive at 10am. When I got to the hotel, first the lady at the front desk asked me to wait while she finished marking the luggage by some other customers. This was fine, but then she started attending to other customers who arrived after me to check out. Then when I finally was able to check in, I was told that they needed 20 minutes to get the room ready. I was already tired from early travel and this was frustrating. For the price paid and considering the type of hotel this is I expected better. By the time i got my room it was 11am. I should be compensated for that time wasted. The amenities and comp items in the room were good.
