A Spree of Shows
To kick the day off, at 12:30pm cast members from the musical An American in Paris will be performing on the main stage at the street fair. Meanwhile, back on the street, the talented French Mime for Hire will entertain fair-goers with the art of miming from 12:45pm to 5:00pm. On 5th avenue from 1:00pm to 5:00pm you’ll find Citroën’s car show, which will feature 25 different automobiles from the major French auto manufacturer. At 1:15pm and 2:15pm CanCan dances will be performed on the main stage. In between the two CanCan performances, a traditional French puppet show will take place on stage at 1:30pm.
